The Agency can disclose information about you, including information derived from your case to the Department of the Ministry of Immigration and Integration.
The Department can process your information when deemed necessary for the performance of tasks carried out by the department in its capacity as an official authority, including, but not limited to, the preparation of statistics, drafting and evaluation of legislation, assistance to the Danish Parliament, the processing of media enquiries and public-access requests as well as in the performance of other such official tasks of the Ministry of Immigration and Integration.
The Department can also process information about you derived from other public authorities, including, but not limited to personal data relating to any or all criminal, tax or employment record(s).
